We have a number of occupational psychologist on board who work with our clients to design and build a process that will effectively assess candidates in a range of areas. Based on the competency profile of our client’s companies and the defined success criteria, we offer graduate interviews and full assessment centre design.
Our Assessment Centre management includes all administrative tasks associated with the events, such as organising venues, logistics, trained assessors, materials, all report and documentation , feedback and recommendations.
Many or clients are familiar with the assessment centre technique, however we advise to freshen up on their knowledge to ensure a consistent level of skills across assessors, familiarity with the material and common standards for decision making.
Psychometric testing plays a very useful part of the selection process. Our consultants are qualified by the British Psychological Society in the use of psychometric tools. We also advise our clients on the most appropriate tests for their requirements.
